How I would respond to a RW email, should I ever get one
"Thanks for the laugh. I am sure you are laughing as much as I am at the way the right wing has to lie and twist things to even have a chance this year. Thankfully, I know you are highly intelligent and saw through this litany of lies in a second. BTW, if there is any one of these claims that isn't quite clear to you as to why it is funny beyond funny, send me an email and I can help explain.
Otherwise, don't bother me with any more of their material. Sadly, this group is not too creative and most of their schtick is just rehashing of the load of lies you sent me today.
Do keep in touch. We should discuss how we hope things will change when Obama is elected.
Sincerely,'
Rurallib

2. I respond differently
Have only gotten one, and it involved religion--claimed the Federal Government is not allowing displays of the cross on Federal Property--then showing photos of Federal cemeteries. I answered that one by pointing out that other tombstones besides crosses are allowed in cemeteries, and that the legislation alluded to (but never specifically mentioned) probably was about placing crosses in front of federal buildings, such as courthouses. I explained how this could be interpreted as a violation of the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment, and then asked, "How do you think, say, a Jewish person would feel if they were going into a courthouse to testify or be a defendant, and they saw a cross outside the door? Wouldn't they wonder if they would receive fair hearing and equal treatment?"

Person who sent it to me still emails me regularly. I think my reply made her stop and think. So many folks don't think about emails they get--they just forward them.

3. Reply with logic and facts - RWers aren't used to either
so, maybe you'll get through to a few moderates on the email chaing.

4. I want them to know that they are being laughed at.
People hate it when their views are mocked.
