Does anyone know how McNerney is doing in CA-11?

Does anyone know how McNerney is doing in CA-11?
We got rid of Pombo in 2006 and got Jerry in, but I haven't heard much about how he's doing as a Congresman, what his approval rating is, and what's the likelyhood that he'll hold the seat in 2008. It's a hard district to keep, and the last thing I ever want is Pombo back. Did he face a primary challenge? Who's running against him in November?

Just curious...
