1. They've Being Goaded Into Calling
I'm so tired of treating Senator Obama like he's some kind of space alien that must be put under a "microscope". We sure don't get this introspection into Gramps ethnicity or social background. It's been a backdoor to allow the racists to try to muddy things and then claim they have "legitimate" questions. Seems like C-SPIN has spent a lot of time on this topic...and, to be fair, did the same with Hillary's gender...and seems like they can't handle enough of the bigots and knuckledraggers.

I'm still waiting for a show on Gramps lobbyists or about the Pentagon Pundits For Hire scandal or a story on Iraq that doesn't feature some uniformed sockpuppet.

Ah, here we go on reparations...again. Sheesh...

2. fresh air is a great disinfectant
The worse and more blatant the stink, the more people will want to distance themselves.

3. Not to mention a caller saying Obama's "not really African American." Flowers points
out that Obama's father was African. Caller: "But his mother was white!" Part of the "Obama's not really Black"
meme. I think it's conservs complaining that "Obama's not black enough to race-bait."

4. They act as if, since Obama had a black father,
That he will rename the country the United States of Black America.

It's really sad that there is a constant effort to label Obama the "Black Nominee", rather than the Democratic Nominee.

8. They are afraid he is going to change it to Muslim America
They are terrified that Muslims are going to take over and behead us all if we don't switch. The repugs have the fear machine in high gear. All they have to do is send out a couple emails and their job is done. Add a dash of AA and they are in orbit.

I had been hearing from and receiving emails from one who was totally convinced that it would be the end of America if Obama got in, because he is Muslim. He wouldn't admit he was bigoted, but I didn't pass up the chance to tell him so. I think we got the Muslim crap put to bed.

I have taken up a new project. I am doing as Obama does. I'm not ignoring these people anymore. I'm shooting this crap right back at them and letting them know: "Not this time...NOT THIS TIME!"

7. They've catered to the loony right going back to Clinton's presidency
I remember the day that David Brock (now reformed but formerly a RW hit ham) wrote some article for the RW American Spectator about Clinton having affairs as Gov of Ark, CSPAN put him on for a couple of hours to spread his crap. They gave plenty of airtime to Vince Foster conspiracy theorists etc etc. Lamb has always tailored his guests to attract the loony right.
