Can Rush Limbaugh be arrested for inciting people to riot? I think that would be one wonderful first step toward a meaningful transition. :)

6. fascist
not facist.

No fascism here--just a question. I'd rather, of course, he got convicted of illegal drug buying, but I'd be more than happy to see him behind bars for a more substantial sentence. :)

7. If there's riots, it won't be Democrats doing it. Let's make it a place of rejoicing instead.
We have had 8 long years of provocation from the Bush Regime and we have not rioted once. We have held massive peaceful demonstrations. Now the goal is in sight. Let NOTHING get in the way of that. NOTHING.

If you and your pals want to have some kind of demo there and someone starts in with the inflammatory speech or tosses even a beer can, my feeling is hog tie them and get them the hell out of the way. I have no patience any more.

You misunderstood me completely.

I was referring to one of Rush's more recent radio talks about the DNC, when Rush came out and said that conservatives should go to Colorado and hold protests outside the convention.

The idea behind my post was that if those conservatives protested and a riot began, if we could blame Rush and get him arrested on a RICO charge.

I was being sarcastic, of course, because as we all know, pukes don't get arrested for anything anymore.

I certainly would not be rioting or any sort of thing myself--I love when the DNC is held; when the convention was held in Boston in 2004, I was exhilarated and if I had the ability to go to Colorado, I would certainly go, because it renews my spirit.

14. Sorry. Some of our wilder-eyed DUers have suggested "action" if they don't get their way....
Didn't mean you, but like I said, by this time I have no more patience. I'd really love to see a few RW talking heads charged for incitement to riot and incitement to murder though.

12. Problem is
if there are riots at the repub convention, they will be conservatives masquerading as liberals just to give us a bad name. And so it goes.

Unless it's Fred Phelps and his gang. That might be amusing to watch.

13. The FCC should have acted on that by now, but they won't.

Because they don't work for the people. They work for the corrupt and evil BushCo Regime.
