Maybe Congress can start helping Barack?

For over a year now, the Dems in congress have rolled for the Bushies. Now that we have a great nominee, who I think will kick some ass, he needs some help from Pelosi/Reid and their ilk.
1 - dump the Reid idiocy that it takes 60 votes to pass, or we knuckle under. Send bills like the climate bill to Bush - again and again.
2 - get rid of ANYTHING that gives the Goopers some slack - like the stupidity of the Fisa telecom immunity

The next few months should have nothing but jamming good bills thru congress - and screw "bipartisanship" (which is GOP speak for "you roll around while we pee on you")

For there to be new politics, we need to act like winners, and give our candidates up and down the ticket something to show the voters!

1. I can't find the link, but Obama has already met with

Reid, Dean, and Pelosi. Their mutual efforts will be to frame the issues to reflect the Dem party ideals and to show the failures of McCain. So, they're already working together. If I find the link, I'll post it.
