So, is it a done deal? I'm sorry I ever moved down from Boulder Creek but the commuting was killing me

It's not close to a done deal. Gotta sell this place first, and there's been much frustration with that. x(

9. I can get details from my mom and PM you. She does that
because it's more flexible and you save capital gains that way. It is like a swap and better, if you do the paper, you aren't killed before you can re-invest your equity.
