Need help researching: CIA contractor and Porter Goss.

I was checking out the In-Q-Tel website and found a company called Attesity, which manufactures character recognition/translation software for the intel community. In-Q-Tel is the venture capital arm of the CIA. I was looking at the board of directors for this Attensity company when i noticed this little gem:

MARTHA CLARK GOSS

Ms. Goss is the COO and CFO of Amwell Holdings/Hopewell Holdings LLC, a healthcare reinsurance start-up. She previously held the position of CFO at Booz Allen & Hamilton as well as at The Capital Markets Company (CapCo). Earlier in Ms. Goss' career, she held the role of senior vice president within several groups of the Prudential Insurance Company, and also served as vice president and assistant treasurer at Chase Manhattan Bank. Ms. Goss is a board member at several corporations and was a delegate to President Clinton's 1992 Economic Summit. In addition to being a trustee of the board of Brown University, Ms. Goss shared the university's 1996 Independent Man Award with Lady Margaret Thatcher. She is currently the president-elect of the Financial Women's Association of New York. Ms. Goss received an AB from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Anybody know if she is related to Porter? She's not his wife her name is marianne or something. Wouldn't this have been a huge conflict of interest for Goss if this woman is related to him and she served on this Advisory board while he was DCI? Upon further investigation she is from Porter's neck of the woods, Pembroke Pines, FL.

3. I see what you're saying...if Porter was DCI, then the potential for her

company to recieve preferential (anti-competitve) treatment from In-Q-Tel is there.

I'll hunt around a while, see what I can dig up.

6. Exactly, which may or may not be legal.

I don't know. If there is merely a relationship that is something as well, she was CFO of Booz, Allen for crissakes. She is also involved something at Stanford involving gender research. Which is kinda creepy when you think anbout all the Stanford Research Institute stuff and Marth Goss' involvement with the intel community.
