RNC's "Victory 2008 Project"
This is from their latest fund-raiser email. It will make any Democrat smile:

Our Party needs to pull together, and we need to do it now. Never in memory have the Democrats, liberal special interests groups, labor unions and unregulated "527" soft-money groups come together with so much money and so much determination toward one purpose: Defeating Republicans.
They want the White House. They want Congress. They want total control of government. And with record-breaking fund-raising and voter turnout in Democrat primaries and caucuses nationwide, the challenge to our Party is greater than at any time in modern history.

snip

The aggressive campaign being played out for the Democrat nomination is showing us one very crucial fact: The Democrats and their liberal allies are building the most massive political fund-raising machine ever seen. They are growing their mailing lists and phone banks, perfecting their technologies, developing their money-raising techniques -- from telephones to text-messaging to mail to the Internet to knocking on doors. And it is working.

With all the hype and media attention focused on their campaigns -- Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama have managed to raise a staggering $425 million between them. Together they raised more than $60 million in the month of March alone. This is an unheard of amount of money in the history of American elections -- it's approaching a half a billion dollars.

Sincerely,

John McCain

P.S. The Democrats are assembling massive rallies, breaking records at the polls, and raising unprecedented campaign funds for their candidates. Every vote, every dollar makes a difference in this election. I'm counting on you, as a loyal Republican Party supporter, to answer this challenge and join the RNC's VICTORY 2008 by making a secure online contribution of $1,000, $500, $100, $50 or $25. Thank you.

This is so sweet! They see the prolonged primary season as a reason that the Dems are raising so much money--and this is partially true. The other one is the huge hunger for change, of course. But they wouldn't want to admit that, would they.

We can DO it!

2. You're right...
...I'm smiling - It's been how long since McCain is the presumptive nominee and he's having trouble bringing the party together?

Good News

3. As ye sow, so shall ye reap..
.... why do you asshats think this is so? It's because you aided and abetted the moron that was never elected in sending America down the tubes.

We're now stuck in a pointless "war", the economy is crumbling like its 1933, and you stupid fuckers cannot understand why everyone is so mad.

God, you people are stupid. And you are toast, for a very long time.

7. they conveniently leave out why this is happening to them.
I suppose a lot of them will scape-goat *, but it's actually their whole ideology that's wrong and doesn't work.

It wasn't that * was a bad Republican; it's that he was an ideologically PERFECT Republican.

And I hear ya--they deserve to be toast for a long, long, Repub party minority era.

5. Democrats Miss Marks to Finance Convention
The Democratic Party is struggling to raise money for its convention in Denver on Aug. 25-28, with fund-raising by the host committee falling far short of the party’s goals and lagging behind the Republicans’ efforts for their convention in Minneapolis-St. Paul.

So far, the Denver host committee is about $15 million short of the $40.6 million it must raise by June 16. With only $25 million raised so far, the committee is scrambling to offer a new round of special deals for corporate underwriters, as well as to devise a backup plan should the fund-raising fall short and plans for the convention need to be scaled down.

“We will raise the money,” Chris Lopez, a spokesman for the host committee, said. “We are working every day to get it done. We are in a situation where we have to get it done and we will. We can’t make any excuses.”

There are many reasons that have been floated for the money woes faced by the Denver committee. It is not uncommon for host committees to lag in fund-raising, only to see large donations arrive in the month before the convention. And some are concerned that the protracted nominating fight between Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York and Senator Barack Obama of Illinois has made fund-raising more difficult.

6. and this joke: McCain camp claims it has money lead over Obama
Carly Fiorina, an adviser to Sen. John McCain’s presidential campaign, said Tuesday that the Arizona Republican has more funds at his disposal than does Democratic front-runner Sen. Barack Obama (Ill.).

“At the end of the April, John McCain had cash on hand of over $60 million, and Sen. Obama had cash on hand of over $50 million,” Fiorina said on CNN. However, she added the money that the Republican National Committee (RNC) has in the bank to McCain’s total. The RNC has a significant cash advantage over the Democratic National Committee. On the other hand, Obama had $46 million in the bank at the end of April, more than twice the amount of McCain’s cash reserves.

Fiorina noted that McCain has access to the RNC’s money.

“We think we have plenty of money to run the campaign we want,” she added.

While McCain is raising far less money than Obama and Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.), he is also not forced to spend as much money, because he has clinched the GOP nomination. Obama has spent over $100 million through the first four months of the year, according to Federal Election Commission reports.

“When you're putting together these huge rallies, these very well-orchestrated events, the amount of ad time that the Obama campaign is buying, that takes a lot of money,” the McCain adviser said.
