Four people were killed and one injured last Saturday in a strong sand storm that hit an oil field in Hadramaut, a local source said. The tempest that stormed al-Masilah oil field killed four engineers and injured another. Four of them work for D.N.O. Company working with Canadian Nexen while the fifth works for the ministry of oil. Reliable sources at the US embassy told Yemen Times that there wasn’t any American among the causalities of the incident. Meanwhile, the heavy floods of rain during the last few days in Sana’a in particular caused serious damage to some streets of the capital as well as houses in the old city of Sana’a.)
