2. A Loooooooong Weekend

Most cable channels will be on auto-pilot today...skeleton crews and little coverage, thus why this and other news from the weekend has not really gotten the "buzz". A do see a blog-swarm forming here and let's see if this gets this vile comment into a news story once the pundit class returns to their usual stenography.

While the comment is vile, the problem is that making a stink about what was said give Faux promotion...something they desperately want and need. As some of us have seen...you give these goons attention and another distraction or distortion is sure to follow.

6. Ridicule Seems To Do A Number On 'Em

This network strives for people to think they're credible...and for the better part of a decade that was happening. People bought the "Fair and Balanced" bullshit since there wasn't anyone out there to show how biased they were. What was worse is that their rise in the ratings affected the other channels in skewing all to the right. On that "playing field" the network did look "balanced", but then came Iraq, Terri Schaivo, Katrina and that balance began to swing in away from them. Al Franken showed how thin-skinned these fools are and Olbermann is all but driving them up the wall...and the more he does, the higher his ratings go.

Faux's punishment is irrelevancy...the total loss of any credibility and access. A big Democratic win this November will be as much a repudiation over that cesspool as it will agaisnt Gramps and the rest of his corrupt party. The network's ratings have been on the downslide for the past couple years and these outburst are a vain attempt to get attention. Instead of being horrified by this latest TV tantrum, we need to make fun of it and isolate them further.

7. You make a good argument and I have to agree and see where you are coming

from. Just expose them for what they are. It just is really hard to do at times and especially when this kind of bs happens. In my opinion it is criminal for them to allow such acts on a show that is seen nationally and afraid just the thing idiots out there do not need to see. However, did see where CNN has passed them up in the ratings.
