1. Some of them here in the southern Rockies have been noisy
but so far, nothing more than a lot of rain we desperately needed here in the high desert.

17. Ever notice that SoCal's never change their driving habits in bad weather?
It's like they don't even know that you are supposed to slow down and expand the distance from other cars.

Anyway, I hear the traffic is worse than usual. Drive safely and get home! :hi:

19. Must be why the lower radar scans weren't showing anything.
The hills must have blocked the beams.

10. That can't be! It's not JANUARY!!
ROFLMAO. We NEVER have tornados during actual tornado season............

And it also can't possibly be right. It's not in coastal Orange or LA County.

Apparently another one was just spotted. Nothing over here yet, but we are expecting some pretty rough weather as well.

He commutes from there down to San Diego and happened to be here today. He just got a call back from his wife and confirms that it touched down close by to where he is. Still no details on damage yet. Anything you post here I'll pass along to him as long as he stays here...

24. Hmm... Sounds like it was right close to his house...
He told me this scene of the overturned train is right next to his house... I guess both he and his wife will be late getting home tonight.
