He should have taken better care to assess your financial situation before dumping your money into a shit-fund that paid him a big commission.
Read the prospectus; if he didn't give you one, then it should be available online through the fund company itself. If the broker has acted unlawfully, then it might be worth getting in touch with the SEC.
6. Without "globally unique ids" GUIDS or a shared sequence table across clustered databases...
..it's actually a pretty common DB problem. My guess is that the highly modified dcforum software probably has a small opportunity for this duplicate id problem, that gets larger under heavy load.
