Anyone out there who remembers the CAGING capture?

Is there anyone online here at DU tonight that participated in the capture of the emails (with attachments of caging lists) right before the 2004 Presidential election? In short, some DU members captured some emails between the Republic Party of Florida and Jeb Bush's office, which had not been encrypted, and had been sent to the wrong address, ending up here. We downloaded the caging lists and got them to people who would know what to do with them...including Greg Palast. (I still have my caging lists, altho I sent a copy to Ana Marie Cox, who immediately posted the whole story on Wonkette, prompting the fast removal of the emails from the website that had published them.) Anyway, if you remember this incident, or participated in it, there is an interesting story about it on Think Progress today.

participation in bringing those caging lists to light! (So I thought I would pat us all on the back for a little while, lol.) Wonder what I am supposed to do with my list...would it be OK to delete if from my computer, ya think?

www.Whitehouse.org that was sent some emails about the caging lists by accident? Or were those just election emails that they got? I can't remember. :shrug:
