Designing a new Warhead.

Regarding the story of the Bush Administration selecting a new nuclear warhead design offered by 2 competing nuclear labs.

Are we a nation who can reasonably forbid other nation states from developing nuclear weapon technology? I'm hardly suggesting that we dismantle our current supply that is capable of destroying the planet umpteen-thousand times over. I'm just suggesting that maybe it's a little disingenuine of us to be preaching to Iran and N Korea.

By the way, is warhead design offered by many technical colleges? This sounds like an interesting career choice for new high school graduates.
