...your contributions are published quarterly. Scammers are calling donors and pretending to be from a campaign office. The spiel begins with "This call is recorded for ...."

Hang up! Tell them you don't give out such information to an unsolicited caller. Ask for their number to call them back.

Report them to the ???? FCC (is it still funded?)

Warn friends and family who have donated.

Never give out any personal information to anyone who calls you -- unless you know for absolute certain who they are.

Even with businesses I frequent, unless I recognize the voice of the person calling, I always call them back.
