As usual it went up, went up, went up... but cannot hold it

1. OIl gained ~$2.00 to close ~$123.93 which is a new record - again!

Dollar also rose which, according to CNBC, means that oil is "decoupling" from the Dollar and the excuse that a falling Dollar causes oil price to increase is no longer valid.

2. Overbought, Returned to the 13-Day Average
It's been a bear market for months, but this rally has been surprisingly strong. Probably due to a building consensus that the worst is over. Bad time to year to buy in to the market, but it's certainly not falling apart.
