Protest The Pill Day ’08: The Birth Control Pill Kills Babies!!!
* - Not satisfied with government-uteral control thusfar, the Nutjobs are now taking aim at the "The Birth Control Pill."

Protest the Pill Day ’08: the Pill Kills Babies!

June 7 marks the 43rd anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court decision Griswold v. Connecticut. This was the first of many decisions that led to the culture of death we live in today.

On that day in 1965, when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on the Griswold v. Connecticut case, it set a legal precedent for claiming that the Constitution grants women the right to privacy in matters of sexual practice. This meant that Connecticut and the rest of the United States could not stop a married woman from obtaining birth control pills. However, as Judge Andrew Napolitano has pointed out, the constitutional right to privacy has nothing to do with birth control.

The plaintiff was Estelle Griswold, then executive director of the Planned Parenthood League of Connecticut. She and Dr. C. Lee Buxton opened a birth control clinic. They were arrested and fined for selling birth control pills, which was illegal in Connecticut. The case was pushed all the way to the Supreme Court. In other words, Planned Parenthood was breaking the law; yet it turned this case into a legal precedent for selling contraception. Because of the Griswold case and others that followed, unmarried women and teenagers were later permitted to obtain birth control pills.

Join young people across the country on Protest the Pill Day ’08: The Pill Kills Babies on June 7 and witness outside of clinics that distribute this killing poison.

We even made a movie!!! :) http://www.youtube.com/v/8vrjW9NZo6Y&hl=en

MORE CATHOLIC TORTURE FUN!!!

The Pear of Anguish

At the Salzburg Fortress' Torture Museum, my personal favorite of all torture instruments is the Pear of Anguish. It is inserted into a person's vaginal, anal, or oral cavity. As the key slowly turns, four blades would expand outward.

6. They have a pretty broad definition of "baby"
The primary mechanism of "the pill" isn't abortion at all, of course: it prevents ovulation. It may sometimes also prevent implantation of a fertilised embryo, but I don't think that has been proven. Anyway, at that stage, all you've got is a clump of cells, without even a spinal column, brain or heart. I suppose "the Pill may kill blastulae" isn't such a good rallying cry.

...but your thinking is all wrong. See?

In the first place, you're making sense. Okay? You're being rational. This has nothing to do with that kind of thing here. Nothing. Remember, these are the same idiots who came up with the "Snow Flake Babies," fer cryin' out loud.

Hey, and you know, there are also those who also feel equally fervent about the "Sanctity of Sperms". They made a movie too:

- Since there's nothing on teevee these days, these Ban The Pill People are what passes for entertainment....

12. No, sorry....
...not these ones. These are the ones who're only interested in the preservation of their control over other women's wombs.

And potential life. Not the real thing.

And anti-war rallies are all about the killing of grownups. And they're all about the sweet little babies. They have a very specific kind of compassion.

- But don't ask them to adopt. They have limits to their compassion too....

13. That is what gets me with these people
They are always wanting to force someone else to have babies when they don't want anymore themselves.

And the whole pro-life and pro-war thing just fucks with my mind, how can you quantify that in your head?

When confronted by those types, I always ask them how they can be pro-life while supporting a murderers war. You always get that blank stare.

15. I would protest the pill
*tmi warning- female stuff* because I think their lousy. I tried them for one month and I had no drive, terrible leg cramps, and I bled for 19 of the 21 days I was on them. But everyone taking synthetic hormones on the commercials seems so happy and carefree!

17. ".. clinics that distribute this killing poison"?? Don't they want to stand and witness outside of
drug stores as well? How about all those 'sample' pills given out by private doctors, or do they even still do that?

21. All about the control, as they show in this line:
"Because of the Griswold case and others that followed, unmarried women and teenagers were later permitted to obtain birth control pills."

Got to keep those unmarried women and teenagers in line.

They want the only choice to be what they choose.

The chastity belt and other torture devices remind me of a museum in Rothenburg called the Kriminalmuseum. It has similar torture devices, legal documents and (oddly) love poems on the landings between floors. I still remember one of the documents. The translated brief on it in English described how a woman was repeatedly placed on trial for witchcraft and tortured, but kept surviving and actually lived to old age. Her main "crime" seemed to be that she lived alone and had no one to fight for her.

22. I wish I could remember the names of all those people who, many years ago
told me I was crazy when I said they'd go after birth control next. "Naw," they said, "they just believe a fetus is a baby. It's just a religious belief they have. They don't care about taking away birth control. That would be insane."

Welcome to the insanity.
