2. 2AM we are getting the stuff from Nebraska.
I just hope I don't have to get up and run to the basement again like we did last week. I got up and the rotation was powerful and the windows were sucking in and out then the sirens went off. I just found out tonight from our weather guy that the rotation for the tornados that touched down east of here formed right over my house! I thought it felt kinda odd ;).

Good luck tonight, I know you hate storms.

4. The website for
channel 13 weather has a chat room that the weather folks use to chat with whoever wants to ask questions. It is pretty fun and informative, you can get the inside scoop from them personally.

I think I will go to bed now so I can get in a few hours before this hits. It is going to be noisy with 70MPH winds. Ahhh, I hope I don't lose the last cuppola on my barn, last week one of them disappeared entirely.

Off to bed with me. Good luck, it does not look like a quiet night for either one of us. 2-3 inches of rain, my garden will never get planted at this rate.

5. We are expecting some of this tomorrow
More worried about heavy rain than storms. If we get inches of rain on Wednesday, everyone downstream is screwed. Table Rock Dam can't hold it. Neither can the other 3 dams in the area.
