Larisa Alexandrovna On Thom Hartmann's Air America Show Today 2 p.m.: Whistleblowers In The South
Edited on Mon May-05-08 10:18 AM by Hissyspit
Larisa Alexandrovna will be on Thom Hartmann's show, on Air America at 2 PM EST to discuss Part VI of her GOP/DOJ/Rove/Abramoff corruption in the South series, "The Permanent Republican Majority," which covers the Siegelman, Diaz, Minor cases, among other things.

Part VI deals with the break-ins and cases of arson against US Attorney targets in Alabama and Mississippi. The article is here:
http://rawstory.com/news/2008/Breakins_plague_Justice_Department_whistleblowers_0430.html

The show information is as follows:

More information here:

The MSM is ignoring this per usual. Larisa may be able to take calls. She is somewhat down over the lack of attention to the Paul Minor case and that Mrs. Minor can't be visited by her husband as she battles cancer, so listen in, and keep this kicked and recommended so others will know.

1. The Rove hit on Max Cleland via Diebold, in GA '02, needs to be added to the Bushite
list of election thefts in the south.

10. Have you seen if you can get on Dan Abrams Show
with all your latest updates? I'm afraid our media will get worse
the closer we get to the new War, the economic meltdown and the elections.

15. Thanks, LaLa. Though my dial-up computer is too slow for web-streaming, ...
... I am always with you in spirit.

If you ever need a place to rest, you are always welcome in my quiet, peaceful Tennessee holler. 'Til then, keep kickin' ass, takin' names and publishin' about the whole freak-show for all of us to see.

14. Was busy, so didn't see the post until now
Many thanks for the links.
Just scanned them , but so much is there.

For starters:

MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA – In two states where US attorneys are already under fire for serious allegations of political prosecutions, seven people associated with three federal cases have experienced 10 suspicious incidents including break-ins and arson.

These crimes raise serious questions about possible use of deliberate intimidation tactics not only because of who the victims are and the already wide criticism of the prosecutions to begin with, but also because of the suspicious nature of each incident individually as well as the pattern collectively. Typically burglars do not break-into an office or private residence only to rummage through documents, for example, as is the case with most of the burglaries in these two federal cases.

In Alabama, for instance, the home of former Democratic Governor Don Siegelman was burglarized twice during the period of his first indictment. Nothing of value was taken, however, and according to the Siegelman family, the only items of interest to the burglars were the files in Siegelman's home office.

How blatant can they get?

Thanks to Larissa for pushing on this story.

16. I care a great deal about this subject, but never post.
All I can do is read about what happened with my jaw wide open, and a lump in my throat.

Thanks for shedding light on this, this is one of the most important stories out there right now. This is about throwing people in jail for being Democrats--they are working on the template right now. Once perfected, they'll apply this to Dems in all walks of life, not just in government.
