2. I'm here in Toronto ...

... we've had heavy snow all day, and now it's snow mixed with ice pellets. There's that 'Wuthering Heights' kind of howling wind, and every few minutes you can hear the loud PING! of ice hitting a window pane.

Pretty freaky stuff ...

3. It's blowing really hard in Alaska, too.

Sustained winds here in Anchorage around 30 mph, gusting up to 50, but much worse north and east of here. With temperatures in the single digits it feels WAY below zero.

I'm just getting the beginnings of that storm.
It's snowing here on the east coast now, pretty steady!
My car is covered and all the walkways. No wind....yet!
That'll come in the AM, sixish, then rain...lots of rain and wind.

I'm in 'the white', I think. Sleet and snow mixed.
