Gore, Staff Led Past Airport Security [But I thought Hannity said he only flies private jets?]
March 01. 2007 10:27PM

An airline employee led former Vice President Al Gore and two associates around airport security lines before police spotted the breach and required them to be screened, an airport spokeswoman said Thursday.

The American Airlines employee led the three down to the lower baggage level Wednesday and swiped each of them through a secure turnstile with her security badge, Nashville International Airport spokeswoman Lynne Lowrance said. She declined to identify the employee.

The officer asked them if they went through security, and when they said they hadn't, they were taken back and fully screened. Gore did not complain and cooperated fully, Lowrance said.

"Everyone goes through security," she said of the employee's action. "It showed bad judgment. They were trying to be helpful, maybe too helpful."

---

"I was there, and we didn't know if standards had changed or what," she said. "There are different policies at different airports and you basically do what you're asked to do."

2. The man fully cooperated and willingly and graciously participated in the correction of the error.
And, let's face it, he was never a security risk. The only risk he posed was to blind acceptance of Cheney-blessed propaganda.

STFU, Rabid Rightwingers! And chew on the fact that none of YOU will rise to his level of intellectual prowess!

3. HANNITY WHO?

If you really listen to his shows he often contradicts himself or tells half-truths. I wonder if he attracts only complainers for an audience?

6. The airports are crawling with terror suspects these days.
From small children clutching teddy bears to great-grandma alzheimers patients in wheelchairs, everybody is presumed guilty. Don't you feel safer knowing TSA is yanking someone's grandma's shoes off right now? Or that a youngster returning from Disney World had to hand his stuffed Mickey over to be swabbed with a chemical for explosives testing? Doesn't it just make you well up with pride to live in the land of the free? Not.
