Anyone know of a NOAA online alert service- comes on w/audio in emergency?

I just checked my clock and found out that we can either listen all night to the weather report, or have nothing. We're supposed to have rough weather starting around midnight and going all night.

I realllly would appreciate any leads that you have...

You can also set a time limit as to what times of the day you wouldn't want to receive messages. It works really well although the alerts are too long for my phone to handle, but at least I know there's weather coming and I can check it elsewhere.

I certainly hope it stays heavy rain here- I have a migraine from the pressure changes and .......thunder... welll.... it's not gonna be pretty.
