Just started at 5. Senator Kennedy is leading the discussion for the Dems.

5. From what I have heard, it has to do with the statute of limitations
on how long a woman has to file. I think they say now you only have 180 days. The problem is that many times you don't know within 180 days that your pay is not the same as a man's, so it makes it just about impossible to bring it up in a court because it is almost always past 180 days.

7. I have little faith in
the dem men...very little indeed. It will be very interesting to see which ones don't want women to make roughly the same amount of salary as men for doing the same job.

For those who vote against this, I will make a little pink apron with lace.
