5. Yes, "Principals" in the WH, (Bush,Cheney, Rice, Ashcroft, Rumsfeld, Tenet) specified
in extreme detail the torture to be used on suspected terrorists. I always thought Abu-Ghraib was planned in the WH. Interesting that Ashcroft was not really thrilled with them discussing it in the WH.

10. You know, that's a smoking gun statement. They knew they were
committing a crime, but had cooked up a legal justification in hope they can avoid prosecution.
