Should We Call The Department Of Defense, The War Department From Now On?

I think from now on we ought to call the Department of Defense its old name, the Department of War. I believe that's what it was called until around 1950 and it is certainly a more honest and accurate description. What do people think about this suggestion?

5. I Agree With The Need To Focus

For example, focus on building a mass movement demanding that our GI's be brought home, however, I think it's important that we stop perpetuating the myth that the "Department of Defense" is defending the American people from invasion and aggression and assorted "enemies". I think our real and main enemy is at home! It's a War Department so let's call it that.
