I know this isn't a national story but wanted to spread it out.

1. That's easy: look for a jumbo gas-hog pickup with gun rack, several
loaded illegal guns on board, fake testicles swinging from the trailer hitch, registered Repubic driver who doesn't believe in global warming. Possible Confederate flag on radio antenna.

2. I never thought about that!
That narrows down to what? Half the population of Oklahoma! Ha ha ha!

3. You just described about 50% of the OK population.
:)

17. It goes without saying that those cretins
with the testicles hanging from the hitch have the wives who are the first to howl when Janet Jackson showed her tit.
Those are the most DISGUSTING things I have ever seen.

6. Thank you for posting this
I am passing it onto everyone on my home email list which includes two folks in central Oklahoma.

Yesterday at lunch a fabulous Bald Eagle was perched in my neighbor's big leaf maple tree. Such an incredible sight, still remember seeing my first one almost 20 years ago when we first moved here (Washington state). Thought it was an ultralight coming toward us.

I will never understand this mentality....

10. I know a guy who would have did this if he in fact didn't.
This ass will go out and shoot every living thing he can find, almost. Not livestock or people as far as I know but most anything wild. He shoots ducks by the dozen and doesn't even pick them up for food but he calls himself a 'hunter.' I regret not reporting him when I saw him doing it...but I didn't because one of my best friends was a 'buddy' of his at the time. Told my friend (who passed away a few months ago) to NEVER bring the guy around me again. Haven't seen him since. :grr:

You should have, it's a state and federal offense to kill a game animal and leave it in the field.

11. We have a bald eagle here
It comes every winter to my small north Texas lake. Sometimes there are two! And, I have even seen a bald eagle and a golden in the same day! Last week, we had 12 pelicans on the lake. Seems like every year there is some new bird to spot.

12. There are quite a few around this lake too and lots of pelicans, gulls,
ducks, geese, cormorants...etc. etc. :-)

And George, the owl who lives out in the otherwise unused horse barn. :D

14. It is extremely difficult to distinguish between a juvenile bald eagle and a Golden eagle
It is quite possible if you saw two adults, you also saw one of their off spring.

15. These people are just sick - the bald eagles are such beautiful
creatures! I'm fortunate to have lived very close to the Mississippi River here in Iowa, and witnessed them "doing their thing", hanging out by the roller dams fishing in the wintertime. They really are one of the great success stories that followed the Endangered Species Act...
