Grover Norquist and Americans for Tax Reform

Most of the population of the USA don't even know his name, but he has been called one of the most dangerous men in the country.

Norquist and Rove are friends, and Norquist aided Newt in drafting the Contract With America in 1994.

Norquist is also head of the Americans for Tax Reform, which was created as a request from former president Ronnie Raygun. They have a pledge which is sworn to by our national "leaders" not to raise taxes. So far, the pledge has quite a few of our representatives and senators on it. Unfortunately, it doesn't tell if they're pukes or Dems, but I'm reprinting the current list from their website.

Google Norquist and you will see that he does present as one of the most dangerous people in the country, if only because not enough people know who he is, and only the top 10% of the population stand to gain from any of his lobbying and behind-the-scenes skullduggery.
