Officials say they raided Milford VFW hall

Investigators seized more than $32,000 in cash and five illegal video poker machines from the Milford Veterans of Foreign Wars hall this weekend.

Visitors to the VFW hall used the machines for gambling instead of just for entertainment, investigators said.

The New Hampshire Liquor Commission, the attorney general's office and Milford police participated in the undercover investigation. Officials wouldn't say how long they've been investigating.

No charges have been filed, but officials said the case remains active.
