Senate passes the Indian Heath Improvement Act !

Despite being opposed by Bush the Senate voted 83 to 10 to approve this after 8 years of debate. Finally!

For a moment there, I thought we were outsourcing Health Improvement. Bush wouldn't be against that. This administration has been good to India and its economy.
