I can't get the site to come up at all, let alone log in.

All I get is the "Service unavailable" message. That's all the information I have now.

at almost the same time :). I can't get on either. All I get is a page that says "Service unavailable". I'm in the Chicago area.

13. Trying to use it at work

I managed to get to the sign in screen. Hotmail informed me that my password is not my password, then I got a white screen reading this:

Hotmail has had problems with safari for some time
try another browser.

5. I had trouble with my MSN messenger this morning,

couldn't sign in & it kept saying invalid password, etc... then after about an hour, it worked, so they obviously are having some sort of trouble.

9. Hotmail's Been Freezing Me Out For Days Now

and I thought it was the browser acting up. But now I think it's the periodic crankiness of hotmail. They just want me to convert to their "new improved" version--well, I did that last time and regretted it!

12. Hotmail help

Can anyone on this thread direct me to some help contact. I downloaded their latest version...and now cannot log on from home. I believe its some kind of cookie control setting I've used..but I've been on every FAQ and query site on there to get some help to no avail.

I'd never had major problems in the past with their old version.....except for the usual downtimes....like this particular problem is....something temporary.

I still use it for online ordering and other junk. I switched to gmail for important stuff.
