I really dont like that and I wish he didnt. It was a joke, and quite frankly one I laughed at and thought was funny. Pick your battles Keith, and this one isnt one of them.

1. Maybe 'KATY' is making him? It seems to me he's been making stupid choices
ever since he hooked up with that child.

There's nothing less appealing than a person of either gender trying to act two or more decades younger than their stated age. It has that "pathetic" and sometimes "creepy" quality about it.

16. Bwahahahahahaha!!
Not in the slightest. Not that there's anything WRONG with that...but no thanks!

He's all yours!

The younger generation keeps me apprised of the latest gossip, whether I like it or not. That's how I'm "up" on all the latest doings with these "hip" icons of the younger set.

18. She's cute as a button.
The daughter of Chopper Bob Tur, who might be a bit younger than KO.

She wants to be a talking head, like her boyfriend. She has a lot of video up on the net: http://current.com/people/KatyTur

She's not very good, but youth can mitigate a lot of errors of quality, ability and style.

It's speculated that she influences his program content to no small degree--a one person focus group and a window to the "youth market" as it were. You'd have to talk to some of his producers to establish that decisively, though.

11. Creepy and pathetic is right. It's kind of sad and makes him
so ordinary.

22. I fail to see how discussion of Keith's girlfriend is germane to the discussion.
We have absolutely no way of knowing why he said what he said about the Stewart joke. Any speculation that it had anything to do with her is about as relevant as suggesting he got the idea from Dan Patrick. Or his mailman.

27. She is an Obama supporter, and the rumor is (I am emphasizing that this is just a rumor
mind you) that she has no small degree of influence over his program content, which is why the show has skewed a bit more to a "youthful" demographic of late.

2. I thought Stewart kind of defanged the issue helpfully, myself--humor can do that.
I agree, making a stink about it isn't productive.

6. I agree, I thought his joke kind of ridiculed the issue.
I thought it ultimately made Obama look strong. I can't see why there would be a beef with it.

21. It was an hysterical joke. It pointed out the absurdity of the whole
carping about the HUSSEIN name and the Osama-Obama BS. If anyone could come out of that joke not finding it funny (Gaydolf Titler) they've had a MASSIVE humorectomy, and the patient died on the table.

Haha, I'm supporting Obama, but this is just silly. Complaining about that joke is a waste of time. And it was FUNNY. C'mon-- "Gaydolf Titlar"?

on NPR this past weekend? They said that their jokes on a previous show about Obama supporters being cult-like similar to the Scientologists were met with a lot of complaints. They thought it was funny because when they joked about Scientologists in the past they received similar complaints.

24. For the record Keith wasn't going after him
He was just showing how a true comedian like Jon Stewart can diffuse silly issues like this by making the Ann Coulters of the world look like idiots.

or something like that, implying that hed rather hear from the old host Craig Kilborn.

Because neither Keith nor Patton Oswalt were "going after" Jon.
