Who is Olga Mariana Franco? (driver who hit school bus in MN)

Anybody up for a tangent googlesearch? They announced that this woman, using the idenityy of a US citizen born in PR, is now identified as Olga Mariana Franco, 24 of Guatamala. However I googled "Olga Franco" MN and Minnesota come across a lot of hits. The oddest is below is an entry from Olga Franco with a list of links that does not link to what the title says. Unless this is a common name like Mary Elizabeth this would appear to be another alias. What do you think?

I find Chemistry papers authored by Olga Frano in MN, an Olga Franco claiming to work at Medtronic on another site (possibly the same person). Perhaps someone will see somthing that makes sense to them. I will continue working for a while and then I will have to leave anc come back after 10pm CST.
