4. I've gone into bronchospasm from smokers

and, while I've had guns pointed at me, I've never been shot. I've even managed to escape with my property and virtue intact.

I'm a very polite person, so my risk from gunnies is far lower to that from smokers in enclosed areas.

Set fire to that thing outside and we'll get along just fine.
