and he is a dear friend of Maxine Waters.

Many African Americans, as you can tell from the audience response, they are for Obama.

Tavis is a good guy, but like all good guys, he's wrong sometimes. And that's OK.

because Progressive Democrats need to hear from leaders in the Black community to understand issues.
Not just our African American issues ~ issues that are key to this election.

5. The main problem for me as usual

is all the god god business. Otherwise it's pretty good.

6. Most of my people are Christian and GOD has been the base

of all of our struggles.

We Marched with GOD as our only salvation.

We went through slavery with Christ as our only salvation.

We will never apologize for that ~

and more than a few of my ancestors were slaves. I have never been able to figure out how adopting massa's religion helps our cause.
