You must walk through to truly understand the spaciousness and beauty of this unique 2,386 sq ft townhome.

It has an open floor plan shown below with many added bonuses such as: Vaulted Ceiling and Skylights, Master Suite with double whirlpool tub and separate shower, Hot Springs hot tub on deck, Gas Fireplace, Ceramic Tile in bathrooms and floors, 6 panel doors throughout, Large Cement driveway, New triple pane energy efficient windows and built in oak entertainment center in loft/office.

Each unit is unique inside just like we all are. This end unit has a large grass/tree area on the west side with a pond in the back. The neighbors are great too!

If you appreciate quality, you will love this home!!

ALL MINE for that low price? And it's from the Lord?! Where do I sign!

I've always wanted an ATTACHED "home" with a big old honking garage dominating the front of it, as near to the Arctic Circle as one can get in the Continental US! Oh, and it's in a condo complex, so you get to follow all their anal rules and pay association fees. YAY!

:sarcasm:

Talk about sellers in denial!

1. no dear - God STUCK you with a POS
I wonder what the other townhomes are actually being sold for. The actual SALE price is probably much lower.

Never NEVER use compnaies with *christian* or *crosses* in their advertisements. They have a license to steal (they think) and usually do it.

And homes being advertised from the Lord???

3. Yes, but it's high for Minnesota, especially just a crappy townhome.
For that price you could get a very nice proper detached home in Minneapolis.
