4. Concerning McCaskill...
Adrianne Marsh is a spokesperson for Claire McCaskill. She says the senator does not believe these companies should be punished for cooperating with law enforcement.

"She will certainly support an amendment that will keep the lawsuits going against the government, and to that extent, the companies will not be penalized for their good-faith reliance on government assurances that what was being done was legal. But if the government violated the law, that will certainly be uncovered."

I wont hold my breath, but I hope Maher NAILs her ass on this. Not literally of course.
