Where Is The Rage?
For Christ's Sake, where is the rage? Our Nation has fallen! This week it has all come together and we stand around like 300,000,000 sheep lined up for the slaughter. They have given themselves secrete prisons, secrete courts, secrete trials, and they have promised us secrete executions. Our lawless Executive Branch gives immunity to its corporate sponsors for crimes past and future. The executive has a mercinary corporate army of trained assassins in Black Water. The press and airways are mute.

Why aren't there a million people surrounding the White House? Why aren't there two million people surrounding the Capital?

I can see what is coming. You will see martial law imposed somewhere in the United States before this year is over. There will be sweeps, people will disappear. Secrete prisons, secrete courts, secrete trials, secrete executions. The precedent has been set, end has come.

2. Secrete prisons?
Those seem like they would be doubly uncomfortable.

3. Sounds like you have a problem with secretions
Perhaps a moist towelette will help?

As to the rest, the rage is dulled into apathy by fear, ignorance, and the constantly reinforced mindset that the masses can do nothing to change the status quo.

4. because if a million people surrounded the white house
blackwater would roll up on our asses, Bush would declare martial law and call off the november election. Remember he can call martial law and grab all power for anyreason and open insurection is certainly a good reason.

untill people start disappearing on the streets try to remain civil. Hopefully bush and cheney will leave quitly, flee the states never to be heard from again, if they don't hopefully they will get caught and thrown in jail.

6. We're a country of sheep, we can be destroyed and slaughtered
but we always come back for more in the name of Christ. Kudos to Jesus.

Everything you say is true, and I for one certainly don't understand the mentality of the American people.

7. I'll tell you when I get back from shopping
Oh, I forgot, I need to watch the afternoon soaps. So after that.

Oops. My favorite shows are on tonight. Perhaps I'll tell you tomorrow.

Well, whatever it is, it can wait. We've got plenty of time to change things if we must...

8. I'm enraged!
I'm enraged at what the cabal has done to this country. I'm even more enraged that the "opposition party" is providing no opposition. I'm even more enraged that too many voters have rewarded enablers with their votes out of blind party loyalty.

The only power we have is our vote. The only hope we have for change is for people to vote wisely. Vote on the basis of issues and condemn the "hold your nose and vote" and "lesser of two evils" philosophy. Ignore the silliness of "If you don't vote for ____, you're electing the republican". Vote for candidates who will represent the people, not corporations or special interest groups.

We've taken to the streets before and after the IWR votes. Where did that get us? We've inundated our Congressmen/Senators with phone calls, letters and emails on various issues. Most have ignored us. Let's use the power we do have; make your vote count!

12. it's obvious
it's obvious that you weren't at the Washington state primaries where more than 10x as many people showed up at some precincts than they did 4 years ago.

People are tired of it and they're DOING something about it.
