Bumper sticker: "I SUPPORT WATERBOARDING"

Spotted this morning on a black pick up truck with orange stripes in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It also had United States Air Force stickers on it as well as a "I support anything that pisses off liberals" sticker.

I passed them with my "Compared to Bush, Nixon wasn't so bad" sticker, but then considered the fact that the driver of this truck was probably too stupid to understand what it meant.

I wonder why their ass isn't over in Iraq fighting the terrorists we're all supposed to be so concerned about.

13. I half-disagree...

I think that other countries have and will continue to use and apply torture regardless of U.S. policy towards it. What this does to the U.S. globally is undermine our ability to criticize other countries into ending their human rights abuses along similar lines. Of course, that requires that we actually try to end human rights abuses, and not reward them with increased trade and military lending.

a while ago, I had the idea of making "I support torture" stickers to sneakily put on people's cars who have "W" stickers. I would never actually do it, but I thought it was amusing to consider. Scary that anyone would willingly do it themselves.
