Legislation introduced in Tennessee would require death certificates for aborted fetuses, which likely would create public records identifying women who have abortions.

5. I Favor Branding

whenever a woman has an abortion, she must also have a large red "A" tattoed on her forehead. If she has a second abortion, she gets another A on her right cheek. Third abortion, left cheek.

By this time, we can just assume she is completely wicked and depraved and additional abortions will not subject her to further branding.

12. This is a conflict here

In my state and most states pregnant women can not get welfare funds until the baby is born so if the baby counts as a person enough to warrant a death certificate then why can they not receive state funds until birth? On that same note can a women now claim the baby as a dependant from conception on rather then birth it would seem like it.

would be granted US citizenship even when it was born eight and a half months later back in Scotland, Japan, Turkey, or wherever
