John Sidney McCain III entered the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland in 1954. Young McCain wanted to become an admiral. He planned to be the "first son and grandson of four star admirals" to achieve such a distinction. But that was not to be. character assassination of 20-somethings for acting wild and being slackers in their past--yes, this disqualifies him from being president for sure. As well as a majority of the adult population :shrug:

Look, I don't like his politics, and obviously won't be voting for him...but isn't this a bit much, hmmmm? There's plenty of right now, present-day, non-"politics of personal destruction" stuff to pin him on.
