we'll have to wait until Monday, or Tuesday... or Wednesday...


Listening to a couple of blather heads on the news yesterday, it was mentioned that the jury did ask for post-it notes and a flip-chart type pad of paper

The speculation is that the jury is creating a time-line type diagram and going through the testimony very meticulously. Further blather says this isn't good for the defense since the majority of it was an appeal to emotions as opposed to the prosecution which presented facts.

So if the jury is combing through the transcripts and making charts - they are looking at facts and not wringing hands over heart-string tugging.
