why is Google advertising a Hillary nutcracker on the front page of DU? Or at least it was when I first opened it. It appears to have changed now. That seemed wildly inappropriate.

2. It's the randomly generated Google Ads
They react to what our posts are about so if somebody posts about Hillary Clinton the ads will be products or Websites about Clinton. Unfortunately sometimes they're not necessarily pro Clinton. We'll also get ads for Republican garbage if we mention one of their names in a post, such as Anne Coultergeist.

3. Well that sort of explains why it popped up again.
Like I said, I'm not a Hillary fan, but this doesn't endear google to me.

5. but as I understand it
the admins CAN block any particular ad. I guess they've chosen not to block this one.

I look forward to the Obama crack pipe.
