This is from Washington D.C. radio station "Hot 99.5"--The Kane Show.

It's an 18 minute podcast of the show yesterday in which Phred Phelps' lawyer daughter Shirley Phelps-Roper discusses her church's warped rationale for picketing Heath Ledger's funeral. During the podcast, the show hosts and a couple of guest callers slam her for biblical hypocrisy, for condemning people when she herself has illegitimate children.

WARNING: Shirley tries to say some really vulgar things, but the host, Kane, has her on delay and bleeps those words. She does say some rather macabre things that don't get bleeped. And the depth of her delusion is astonishing.

I'm amazed that somewhere, some wealthy person is funding this group so that they can fly all over the continent protesting funerals.

(What I think is funny is that the host plays Elton John's "Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me" in the background during part of the interview. Kane is a great host...doesn't let this warped bitch get away with anything unchallenged.)
