and refuse to counter the GOP tactics of suppressing votes, purging voter rolls and controlling the machine counts. No more DNC chairs who let infrastructure collapse instead of building it stronger during the four years they are charged with doing so.

Thankyou Chairman Dean for working nonstop on the party infrastructure, and hope you continue to work to prevent election fraud.

I DO know that Terry had his own set of, um, priorities for the party when he was chair; and I certainly know his sympathies are unrelentingly pro-Clinton (and hardly ever pro-Dean, and isn't it a shame there's that divide in the first place?), but I have no idea what this OP is in reference to. I suppose I ought to give up the Greatest Page and go hunting elsewhere....??

I have yet to see one statement from him that explains why he never countered the purging of voter rolls or even WTF his Office of Voter Integrity was SUPPOSED to be doing for four years.

But, some of us do believe that IF a certain party becomes the nominee, then Dean's days as chair will be numbered.

15. In SC we HAD no office in my county. In NC, we worked out of a back room of

a florist shop. Volunteers flooded the office in 2004, but there was no solid direction for them. All I could do was man phones and sell signs, as there were only three old computers on dial up.

the shame is that this was even in a large BLUE city - if it was like that for this city, I can just imagine what other southern city offices were like then.

Dean helped our HQ get its own office. He's been preparing for 2008.
