1. Probably a rally
There will be a couple of weeks of buying before the down trend continues.

2. Probably will wait for more economic news

the current crises / recession is priced in, along with a stimulus (Fed cut rates again).

If the stimulus isn't effective in staving off the recession, we should know in a few months.

If there is more shoes to drop, as they do, the market will react.

Tomorrow, probably nothing, possibly some minor gains as folks digest the rate cut. Up a few hundred. Still, investors are nervous.

4. I see nothing but a general down trend until Stupid leaves office
and his tax cuts to the richest are rescinded. That's the one thing that will start to get this country back onto sound fiscal ground and that's what is going to happen before anybody starts trusting the Wall Street casino.

In any case, the Dow is still overvalued, even when the inflation they've been lying about for 7 years is factored in. It's got quite a way to fall before it hits a more rational level.

Now aren't y'all glad you didn't buy his Social Security snakeoil?

5. "Stupid" falls short of describing *. An unmitigated disaster might
be more accurate.
