W's Legacy
I can't wait for his legacy to be written. He likes to think of himself as Truman. This economic debacle will be the finishing touch on a disastrous presidency. If we win the presidency in '08 and stabilize this economy the republican party will be out of power for a long long time

1. He broke everything
our military
our good name in the world
the constitution
the bill of rights
our economy
our environment

and he has almost another year left to smash things up.

2. It is amazing that some people still think he is "doing the right thing"
Apparently the memo that Reaganomics only works under certain conditions if at all never got to them...

3. Reminds me of Beavis and Butthead:
"That's all of it. We broke everything."
"So what do we do now?"
"Hmm. Let's just brake everything again."
"Huhuh huh huhuhu huh."
"We're pretty cool ain't we Beavis?"
"Huhuhuhu."

:eyes:

4. *'s real legacy....
-3929 troops killed in Iraq (as of 1/19)
-$9.1 trillion in debt (remember, we had a surplus when Bill left)
-surge of violence around the world
-tax loopholes and breaks for banks, Big Oil and Big Pharma, disguised as "tax cuts"
-No Child Left Behind, which has been a scourge on the educational system
-privatization in the military through *-friendly companies like Halliburton and Blackwater
-cronyism through such despicable acts as the commutation of Scooter Libby's sentence
-various "shadow government" type acts through such luminaries :sarcasm: as Cheney and Rove
-appointment of corrupt or ethically questionable individuals including John Ashcroft and Alberto Gonzales
-"ins" with companies such as Diebold, which very well would have contributed to election fraud
-lying to the American people and the global community on issues such as WMD's
-promoting a climate which leads to exporting jobs and suppressed wages
-economic collapse, resulting in 5 million more people in poverty than at the start of his administration, and millions on the verge of foreclosure and/or unemployment
-lack of initiatives to create a more green economy
-social repression
-loss of respect from the global community

I could go on and on here...
