with The Universal Health Care Plan that would be affordable.

Edwards is close but he still leaves the health insurance mafia and big pharma in the game. While they're in the game, we're fucked.

But Edwards is still closer than ObamClint... ObamClint's "plans" are give-aways to the health insurance mafia and big pharma.

2. But I think that's her plan, if you don't buy it yourself, you will get health care in jail
Therefore everyone will be covered!

4. Actually, it could be.
I'm a federal employee and, as such, I'm covered under the Federal Employees Healthcare Benefit Program (FEHBP).

I choose from among dozens of plans...HMOs, PPOs, and PPVs. The government, as the employer, pays for a portion of the premiums and I pay a portion.

Expanding it to cover everybody, it could be a payroll deduction item where a percentage of the premium (based on income)would be paid by the employee and a portion paid by the government.

Not nearly as difficult as some want to make it.

8. And the employees that can not afford the premium?
Who would pick up the tab then? Maybe getting a third job doing... pushing a broom and swabbing toilets to cover the premium. No time to get sick.
Let's stop the war and use that money to cover the government financed health care. The money left over from that can be used to fund education.
