* is going to have a fight on his hands about Iran

I heard it from the horse's mouth last night. I attended a fundraiser for Jerry McNerney, a Dem I campaigned for last fall. He scored a huge upset against an entrenched incumbent Republican.

Jerry may be a freshman and an inexperienced newbie, but his voice was emotional when he warned us that * is going to go into Iran. He vowed that he would fight it, and so would the rest of the Dems. He even used the term "constitutional crisis."

I hope this makes some of you feel better. It did me.:)

Jerry is not a far left winger by any means. I campaigned for him because he was in every way superior to the repug incumbent and because I wanted to hep swing the congress to the Dems. But he was passionate in saying that * will not get away with this, and he said the others were with him.

that said, I hope they can before this blows in our faces, because once the troops ARE in the field it will be extremely hard to do this

From the little bit you wrote, it sounds like the Dems in the seats know more than we are being allowed to know.

Everything does point to * and his gang of thugs beating the war drum again. The repercussions from the Iraq debacle mean nothing to them beyond fulfilling their PNAC wet dreams.

Dems speaking out this forcefully. I was happy that he was willing to do so. He is a very mild mannered man, so the emotion was surprising.

6. IMO, you are wrong about any real opposition to Iran. I don't see any,

and the actual feeling around here is to turn Iran into glass(use the big one,etc). Iran also is not helping. You have two nuts saying my god is bigger than your god.

The only thing that will make people wake up is a call for a draft. Without a draft no will pay any attention.

after seeing long presentation on NBC Today. They are pushing it. MSM is laying it neck out for them. I have not known how to counter this bad feeling inside that they are going for it. Can congress stop them? I doubt it. I hope I am wrong. These guys are super able to do what they want and control media. A fight needs to be mounted now and msm used by dems actively without letting up. In fighting by dems is just playing into their hand.

Why the hell they are even thnking about this Iran fight is beyond me so it is hard to figure out how to fight.
