Appeal filed in Kucinich debate lawsuit

LAS VEGAS - The Nevada Supreme Court was considering an appeal Tuesday from NBC Universal Inc. to overturn a judge's decision that Dennis Kucinich must be included in a debate of the Democratic presidential candidates on MSNBC.

"I can just say, 'Thank God' for that judge, and hopefully his ruling will be sustained," the Ohio congressman told reporters.

The judge decided an initial invitation to Kucinich to debate represented a contract between the candidate and MSNBC, and ruled that if MSNBC doesn't include Kucinich, it was prohibited from broadcasting the debate.

TV shows drop people all the time, they dont have to put you on. Hey invite him to dinner and then cancel, is that a breach of contract, what bollocks.

3. sure let nbc drop the only candidate who
has consitantly voted for the people, the ONLY one whos voting record has only shown a will and voice for the people, always.
