Is anyone else confused/worried about the Michigan primary?

I haven't heard any clear explanation of what will happen - could it become a supreme court case if the national party refuses to seat the Michigan delegates?

1. I heard today on the radio that their delegates won't count at the national convention
but I don't know if it is totally true.

2. You can damn well bet that if the delegate count going into the convention is close, Hillary & Klan
will make sure that the Michigan delegates are seated. (unless of course tomorrow's 'stacked deck' results aren't in her overwhelming favor).

4. I was told we could vote,
but only for HRC. If we wanted anyone else, we could write in uncommitted. Does anyone know if this is true?

6. "Uncommitted" is an option on the ballot just as if it was a candidate. DO NOT write-in
as candidate as they will not be counted (no one filed papers as a write-in candidate as required) and will 'spoil' your ballot.

Options on the Democratic ballot are:

Clinton ___

Dodd ___

Gravel ___

Kucinich ___

Uncommitted ___

(Write in space) ___

Here is a link the the Michigan SOS office with a .pdf sample of the actual ballot.

3. No constitutional right to participate in nominations
There may be plenty of legal points that the lawyers can make, but the law is pretty clear that people do NOT have the right to vote for a party nomination. For instance, in Oregon, you must be registered to a party in order to vote in that party's primary. Independents have sued and lost (in Oregon) for the right to get a dem or republican ballot.

5. I've heard many clear explanations...
Most of them conflicting.
